Impact Awards
Every year, InBIA recognizes three of its members with prestigious awards: One Randall M. Whaley Incubator of the Year Award and two Dinah Adkins Incubator of the Year Awards for technology and non-technology entrepreneurship programs.
Starting in 2018, the process for identifying and selecting the winners of InBIA’s annual awards will change. As the first step in eligibility for InBIA’s Incubator of the Year awards, InBIA will recognize high-impact member organizations throughout the year with monthly InBIA IMPACT Awards. Awardees will be selected each month across six categories of entrepreneurship centers: Technology, mixed use, university, biotech/cleantech, rural; and specialty, including food, women, makerspaces, social, and other niche centers.
