Jennifer L. Harrell

Jennifer Harrell is an accomplished professional based in Gainesville, Florida, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. She holds certifications, including the lnBIA Incubator Manager Certificate and We Love Mentors Certified Startup Mentor. Since 2016, Jennifer has led one of the largest single-use incubators in the U.S., The Hub, where she has successfully driven occupancy, revenue, and client-centric programs. Her leadership contributed to The Hub's 2018 recognition as the International Business Innovation Association's Global Mixed-Use Incubator of the Year.

With a diverse background in sales, hospitality, real estate law, finance, and accounting, Jennifer is skilled in finance, operations, strategic planning, and leadership. She serves on the boards of the Alachua Junior Achievement, the Florida Business Incubator Association, and the International Business Innovation Association. Jennifer is also a graduate of Leadership Gainesville.
