Entrepreneurship Center Management Certificate

Our Entrepreneurship Center Management Certificate (ECM) program has been the premier industry credential for staff of incubators, accelerators, coworking spaces, and other entrepreneurship centers for the last decade. The program involves a four-course curriculum and a series of exams. Regardless of whether you’re a 30-year industry veteran or just starting out, the ECM certificate provides insights and lays the foundation for learning how to build and sustain a high-growth entrepreneurship program.  

Advanced Mentor Development Certification

Join the InBIA team in person at the ICBI39 Pre-Conference to attend our Advanced Mentor Development Certification. Build relationships by taking the course simultaneously, in person with your peers. 

Cost of registration includes meals.

NewCo Academy Courses

NewCo (short for New Company) Academy focuses on helping startup companies achieve success. These courses will give you the training and resources you need to teach specific concepts and tools to the entrepreneurs with whom you work. In addition to exclusive access to all the materials, you will receive a certificate to show you are a certified trainer of that course.

An Ecosystem Development Workshop: Build Your Community Framework to Accelerate Regional Collaboration

This course will help participants create or refine their communities’ entrepreneurship roadmap through several exclusively developed exercises and proven tools, drawing on the experience of leading regional innovation ecosystem developers. Course leaders will guide attendees through every aspect of the development of their roadmap, including stakeholder/asset mapping (community discovery), program vetting and deployment planning, and early assessment resources (community health check-ups). This is a one-of-a-kind,  immersive workshop for entrepreneurship centers interested in deepening their connections with their local ecosystems.

Entrepreneurship Center Revenue and Grant Strategies

This highly valuable course is a must-do for any level of entrepreneurship center manager. Led by an industry veteran who has fostered sustainable incubators and entrepreneurial ecosystems, attendees will learn tips, tricks, and fundraising insights sure to bring in income. Attendees will walk through a number of business models as well as winning award proposals of millions of dollars. The course includes resources including grant templates, awarded proposals, samples, guides for successful revenue streams, sponsorship packets, standard client equity requests, and more, all of which will be available in the Exchange community long after the course is over.
