Martin Brady

Martin is the Director of Business Incubation and Acceleration Initiatives at the San Juan College Enterprise Center, in Farmington New Mexico. He directs the Enterprise Center and Big Idea Makerspace, driving entrepreneurship and economic development growth in the four corners region by fostering a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem through inventive business incubation and accelerator initiatives.

Prior to the Enterprise Center at San Juan College, Martin served as the Senior Director of MB Design, in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he provided creative marketing, strategic innovation, and digital design consulting services to start-ups and small businesses. He also served as the Director of Consumer Marketing for Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia for 10 years, moving into the Senior Director position in 2017.

Martin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design (BDES) from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland. He also holds 87 patent awards.
