Ted Baker, CEO & Executive Director, Muncie Innovation Connector, Inc. (IC), an independent technology-focused incubator serving entrepreneurs in East Central Indiana.
In his 15th year leading the Innovation Connector, Ted has witnessed tremendous growth with client startups and successful business launches. He has previously successfully started and grown several for-profit and non-profit businesses. At the Innovation Connector, Ted continues to serve over four hundred clients with coaching and advising, business skills development, and connections to resources.
Ted has extensive experience with non-profit boards and governance policy and has advised and coached many entrepreneurs in East Central Indiana. He is a past member of the board of directors of the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA) and is a Certified Incubator Manager and Business Coach. In addition to serving on several boards locally, Ted also serves on the boards of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana Technology and Innovation Association.
He is a well-known guest/keynote speaker and presenter in East Central Indiana. Ted’s passion and energy for his work are contagious. His goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of everyone he meets and works with – especially entrepreneurs and business owners.
