Thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems aren’t just collections of people and resources—they’re networks built on trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. Entrepreneurs, incubators, investors, Main Street offices, universities, and resource providers all play roles, but the real glue that binds them together is a culture of trust and collaboration – built over time through conversations among people.
The heart of ecosystem building consists of starting and sustaining conversations and relationships across a community, leading to more collaborations that help entrepreneurs and ecosystems flourish.
This interactive workshop will introduce you to new frameworks for fostering trust and collaboration within entrepreneurial ecosystems. You’ll learn new ways to facilitate open, inclusive, and structured conversations that build rapport, align perspectives, and uncover new collaborative opportunities. You’ll walk away with actionable strategies to create a more connected, thriving ecosystem that empowers and welcomes even more people to work together in your community to better support entrepreneurs and drive impact.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
-
How ecosystem leaders can navigate collaboration when changes and disruption seem to be around every corner.
-
Why open, structured, and constructive conversations are essential in today’s ecosystem building efforts.
-
What strategies can help maintain productive dialogue across diverse perspectives.
