Movie Description:
America is at a crossroads. The fight for our nation’s future is, at its core, a fight for economic freedom—the freedom to build, create, and shape our own destinies. But as entrepreneurship becomes increasingly dominated by gatekeepers and systemic barriers, too many would-be founders are forced to accept their role as cogs in a machine designed to enrich the few at the expense of the many. This powerful short film challenges that status quo and explores how we can reclaim entrepreneurship as a central force for widespread prosperity.

Following the screening, Eric Parker, Grace Belangia, and filmmaker Nic Askew will lead a thought-provoking discussion on how those of us who support entrepreneurs play a critical role in shaping the future of our nation and the world. As leaders of incubators, accelerators, and university programs, we are on the frontlines of restoring economic freedom in our communities.

How do we build ecosystems that empower founders betting on themselves? How do we push back against systems that limit entrepreneurship to the privileged few? Grab some popcorn and movie bites, settle in, and kick off the InBIA conference with a conversation that gets to the heart of why we do this work—and what we can do next.
